These terms apply to your use of vowdev.com and its free tools. They don’t cover the work we do for clients; that’s governed by the contract, including the Vow, that we sign with each client.

Estimates are not offers

Prices on this site, results from the cost calculator and Vow PDFs generated by our tools are estimates to help you plan. They aren’t offers or contracts. A price becomes binding only when it’s written into a contract signed by you and us, after the Blueprint.

Using the site and the tools

• You may use the site and the tools for your own planning, including for projects you don’t build with us.
• Please don’t try to disrupt the site, get around its security or spam protection, or send forms in someone else’s name.
• Only send us information that is yours to share.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to VowDev. You may quote our guides with a link to the page you quote. A Vow PDF generated for you is yours to keep, share and use.

Links to other sites

We link to sources and services we don’t control, and we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. Guides are general information, not legal, financial or tax advice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, VowDev isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where VowDev is established. The contract we sign with each client names the governing law and venue for that work.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
