What does maintenance cost?
Plans start at $390 a month, which covers about 20 hours at $20 an hour. Larger changes are quoted separately, in writing.
Can you maintain an app another team built?
Yes. We start with a review to understand the code and its risks, then take over updates and fixes.
How fast do you respond to problems?
We reply within 4 business hours and are live 9am–1pm US Eastern on weekdays. Critical issues are worked on first.
Do I need maintenance at all?
Software ages. Libraries need security updates, platforms change and app stores update their rules. If nobody looks after a product, small issues tend to become expensive ones.
