What kinds of web apps do we build?

  • SaaS products with sign-up, subscriptions and an account area
  • Marketplaces that connect buyers and sellers, with listings, search and payments
  • Customer portals where your clients log in to see orders, documents or progress
  • Internal tools that replace spreadsheets and email threads
  • Dashboards that turn your data into clear numbers and charts
  • Booking platforms with availability, reminders and payments

How a web app project runs

We start with the Blueprint: user flows, a measured feature list, clickable designs and a fixed quote. Then we build in milestones of two to four weeks, with a working demo every week. You approve each milestone before you pay for it, and you can try the app yourself on a preview link the whole time.

Running costs after launch

A web app needs hosting, a database, email delivery and sometimes paid services such as maps or AI. We estimate your monthly running costs in the Blueprint and set up every account in your name, so there are no surprises and no lock-in.

Questions about web apps & SaaS

How much does a web app cost?

Web apps start at $6,900 at $28 an hour. Your price depends on your features: the calculator shows a range for your exact feature list, and the Blueprint fixes the price before the build starts.

Can you build a SaaS with subscriptions?

Yes. Plans, trials, upgrades and invoices run through a payment provider such as Stripe, with webhooks so payments are confirmed on the server, not just in the browser.

How do you handle security?

Every web app gets proper authentication, a check on every request that users can only reach their own data, secrets kept off the front end, and automated backups. We test that one user can never see another user's data.

Can you connect to the tools we already use?

Yes. We connect to existing tools and APIs, such as CRMs, payment providers, accounting and email services, and price each integration in the Blueprint.
