What is a change request?
Why it matters for your project
New ideas are normal once you see your product working. A change request turns each one into a clear decision with a price and a date, instead of a surprise on the final invoice.
What it costs
The change is priced before any work starts, at the same hourly rate as the rest of the project. Saying no to it costs nothing.
Example
Halfway through a build, a founder asks for Sign in with Apple. The change request adds about eight hours and two days; once approved, the new date goes into the plan.
